Element Creations Jewelry was having difficulty expressing who they were. They knew they had an innovative and beautiful product but had no idea how to market themselves.
I worked with their owner to establish the core of their brand and identify their desired customer. In addition, we discussed prior sales, events where her products did well, and current customer feedback.
Taking this information in, we established that her desired customers are creative, bohemian free-spirits with a deep love of nature. So I created several branded phrases, "You are Nature's Beauty" and "Adorn Your Spirit." Hand-crafted, ethically sourced, one-of-a-kind jewelry was essential to her buyers, and these phrases communicated these values. Using our new phrases, I crafted web copy that guided users to look at offered products and gently told her brand story. "With designs ranging from rustic to elegant, the free-spirit will find something that speaks to their nature" became one of my favorite passages.
ECJ needed a simple and easy-to-use CMS that would allow the promotion of in-person events, Instagram live sales, and local pop-ups. I showcased only the vital details of these events to keep things neat in the UI.
